This is a very successful renovation of a Putney apartment completed in 2018. It was fully modernised, extended into the balcony, had its layout completely reconfigured and converted from a one bedroom  to a two bedroom flat with open plan kitchen and living areas.

Our involvement included: Design and Planning Application, Building Regulations and Contract Administration.

Our clients at Kateys House Nurseries commissioned us to convert an existing open plan office over two floors into a child friendly day care facility in late 2018. On site commencement in April 2019 with a target completion in Summer. 

 

This will be the second nursery we have completed with this company and we look forward to this being another award winning facility.

We are all extremely happy with this very successful project in Lavender Hill  / Stormont Road, in terms of the maximised potential of the site and the great quality of the new residential unit. The design aspect of it had three main components: part change of use of a shop, part infill and extensions at the rear yard and alley, and the creation of new accesses to the existing and new flats. With these three established we embarked on the detailed design and layout of spaces, and produced a  successful scheme that was speedily approved by the Planning Department at Wandsworth.

The property is a very nice first and second floor maisonette in a great location; after the extensions it has gained a study or third bedroom at roof level, leading to a new 10m2 terrace with views of the river. 
 
We are extremely pleased with the outcome of this application, which was speedily  approved by Wandsworth Planning Department after a minor alteration to the balustrading.

Consent for a large basement extension with lightwell

We are very happy with the outcome of our application for extension to this Victorian house in Wandsworth, which was approved by the Planning Department without requiring any modifications. 
 
Side and rear extensions of a 1970's house in South West London.

This wrap-around extension occupies mainly what was a shady, unused side patio. With a design that maximised the planning potential, it extends from the front garage to the garden, creating a big open plan kitchen and living area, as well as a utility room with independent front entrance.

 

 

 The high-ceilinged pitched roof extension, with roof lights and clerestory lights at both ends, has created a space full of potential to be decorated with art and personal collections.
