Part Change of use from commercial to two bedroom flat with private patio. Lavender Hill, SW11.

 

This very successful project was completed by our developer client in 2018.

Originally our client's site was a shop with good street frontage, plus oversized back of shop and a rear yard giving access to the flats above, which are under separate ownership.

We had full involvement from design and planning, to Building control, Thames Water sewer negotiations, coordination with  energy and light consultants, and crucially, advice and negotiations with the other owners regarding relocation and improvement of their entrance.

What was an unused oversized back of shop, with a dark side alley and redundant back yard, has been transformed into:

 

"A fantastic, bright, two bedroom, two bathroom home, with its own street entrance and private secluded patio. The commercial unit has also been renovated."
