Barn restoration  and conversion, Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire.

The transformation of this dilapidated barn in a conservation area in the green belt, required very close collaboration with the Planning and Heritage departments, all other consultants and our developer and owner client.

​

Our client's vision was to complete the restoration of a group of buildings in this rural site, and to bring them back to life as  two family homes, one in the barn and on a rebuilt farmhouse, as well as working outbuildings for a equestrian centre.

​

We were involved throughout the process, from the design and  various applications for the different elements, to building control and project coordination.
