Ground floor and Mansard roof extensions at two terrace houses.  SW19

 

Our clients owned two adjoining houses in a secluded Close in SW19. 

They commissioned us to prepare and submit applications for ground floor and Mansard roof extensions for both properties.

 

Within two weeks of submission under Certificate of Lawfulness / Permitted Development, both schemes were recommended for approval. We have extensive experience in this area and often advise clients on the potential for obtaining a Certificate of Lawfulness before developing their scheme. 

Besides design and planning, we were responsible for: Building Control, Party Wall, Thames Water agreement, Tenders and Contract Administration.
