Apartment renovation, Conservation Area in the heart of Putney Heath.

 

We were appointed to redesign the internal layout of this three-bedroom apartment in a 1930's mansion block.

The flat required modernization throughout including: a new open-plan kitchen, a renovated open plan living/dining room, a new ensuite and dressing room to the master room, a new en-suite to the second bedroom, creation of a new utility room, new layout of the en-suite to the third bedroom. The flat was completely redecorated throughout with new electrical and plumbing installation.

 

We carried out the initial survey, developed the layout design, prepared documentation to secure a License to Alter, prepared and submitted a Full Plans Application under the  Building Regulations, carried out Condition Surveys on the adjoining apartment and common areas and issued notices in connection with The Party Wall Agreement, issued tender documentation and negotiated prices and terms with contractors.

 

The end result has vastly improved the property which had become very dated. It is now a modern, comfortable family dwelling in a traditional block.
