Apartment renovation, Conservation Area in the heart of Putney Heath.

 

We were appointed to redesign the internal layout of this three-bedroom apartment in a 1930's conservation area mansion block.

​

The flat required modernisation throughout including: new open-plan kitchen, renovated living/dining room, new ensuite and dressing room to the master room, new en-suites to the second and third bedrooms and creation of a new utility room. The flat was completely redecorated throughout with new electrical and plumbing installation.

 

Our work included: initial survey, layout design, preparing documentation to secure a License to Alter, Full Plans Application under the  Building Regulations, Condition Surveys on the adjoining apartment and common areas, issuing notices in connection with The Party Wall Agreement, tender documentation and negotiating prices and terms with contractors.

 

The property is now a modern, comfortable family dwelling in a very special setting by Putney Heath.
