Ground floor extensions and interior renovation, Lower Putney SW15

 

Our clients gave us the brief to maximize the improvement of all the ground  floor with a side infill extension, retaining all the garden, and an internal reconfiguration.

We were involved in the project from design stage and planning, through building regulations and contract administration to completion. Works were carried out by a contractor recomended by us.

​

The end result provides generous and bright spaces, including utility and wc at ground floor plenty of storage, as well as ample and inviting areas for cooking, relaxing, dining and entertaning.

​

The design and arrangement of openings onto the garden reflect the clients' deisre to create separate door and windows, and to modulate the relationship with the garden for various aspects: access, ventilation views and contemplation. ​
